Allison has an eclectic and integrated person-centered approach to therapy, meaning she uses many different methods to ensure each client is getting treatment tailored specifically for them. Healing, growth, and change can be difficult, that’s why it is important to Allison to balance the heavy with the light–a little healthy banter and humor helps!
